Evaporated cane sugar or
Chocolate syrup as sugar.

say eat no more than 15g of added sugar per day if you want to keep belly fat
way. One teaspoon of granulated sugar equals 4 grams of sugar. 4 teaspoons of
added sugar can be a max goal for a day.
Typical grams of
sugar in a 16oz Caramel Frappuccino is 66g or 16 ½ teaspoons of sugar.
