At home learn there is more than one reason to have that
roll-in cart. Today a roll-in microwave stand can serve double duty as a bar.
It may be covered and used to roll in food, and to hold dish drying tubs or
racks, or large turkey roasting pan bottoms used to collect and hide finished
plates in between courses. In an office, a roll-in microwave stand can be used
as a third duty mobile library book stand.
A microwave oven could be used to warm something to eat with
coffee.
A toaster or toaster oven might be used to do the same
thing.
A carbonation machine can be used to make something to
drink. A juice machine may be obtained to make a blend of produce so that you
can drink your vegetables.
A small refrigerator might be used to keep items cold.
Somewhere near there is to be a water source (a sink,)
designated for hand washing. liquid hand
soap, towels, and a filled paper towel holder. This area can be a Butlers’
Pantry made to look like a full-fledged kitchen, but that is Station Five.
These items can be stored inside or on top of a roll in
credenza. For cleaning, I am also in favor of a roll-in dish washing machine.
