A fish dish can be served as a second course with maybe a potato item. You can get a Foreman like grill, or a portable stove grill top, and some liquid smoke, and master outside grilling inside in under ten minutes.

Fish Suggestions can be Cuttlefish, Flounder, Haddock, Halibut, Herring, Mackerel, and Salmon: try a Charbroiled king-salmon filet, or a Broiled- swordfish, Sole, Swordfish, Tilapia, Trout, or Tuna. Fish have scales, fins, and tails. The rest of the underwater delights are Seafood. You can select Catfish, Lobster, Mussels Oysters, Shrimp, or Squid. Most can eat all fish. Only some seafood can be eaten by everyone.

Recipes can be obtained from the market place. Fish can be cooked steamed for you at many grocery stores. It can come pre-cooked. I am not sure that it can be micro waved. That is the focus of this book. It can be grill or fried, but I do not cook, so can only wonder how you would to do it.

The plate for fish is to be set on a table, tablecloth or place mat. It is to be served from a platter, have its head removed, and be filleted.

Fish may be served with a sauce. It could be preplaced over it. It might be offered in a sauceboat; to be ladled onto the dish as soon as possible after it is served.

Fish has been seen served with lemon. In commercial service, lemon can be served in a cloth pouch. It can be pierced with a fork and lemon can be squeezed over most any fish dish.

Fish can be served with a Cranberry citrus relish: engine search how to make this.

It may be served with a Cocktail Sauce: essentially Non Fructose Corn Syrup Catsup and Horse Radish. You can stopped there, or engine the recipe for other ingredient options.

It could be served with a Hollandaise Sauce; it is especially suited to fish, (asparagus, and eggs Benedict.)

Tartar Sauce might be commonly served with fried seafood.

Now pick a side potato dish: boiled, fried, or mashed.

White wine can be served with a fish course. It may be omitted.

Note: at least one Native American group is forbidden from eating any fish, including Salmon.

Note: a finger bowl can be passed and used after a fish course whenever it is felt that one is needed. (Only here, the water is to be topped with rose petals, and passing of flatware is omitted.) It is to be used in the same manner as when provided for use after a desert course.

Fish can be served as a main dish, although not technically a Roti. Frugally speaking Tuna can be served as a main dish, kind of sort of:

1. A can or two of tuna can be added to a wheat pasta dish, ramen or not. Nacho Cheese in a snack cup can be added to it. Then add a large can of mushrooms. It can be served heated as a main dish if you must, as a side, or as a dip.

2. A can or two or Tuna can be added to chopped eggs, and apples, red bell pepper, tomatoes, onions, and celery, fresh squeezed lemon, can be served as a topping for crusted breads, as a side, or as a dip. You may add Parmesan cheese, curry powder, sweet pickle relish, dill weed, parsley, or garlic powder to taste.

Condiments of Italian dressing or organic mustard can be placed to the side for those who want more spice in their life.

As a substitute hearts of palm, or artichokes, can be served as a second course (almost right out of the jar.) In the daytime, you might serve an egg dish such as (Deli) Quiche. (A sale is a sale, and real men will eat it.)

The Frugal Side for Fish

The frugal side dish for fish can be a Tuber, a potato item that has been boil, fried, or mashed.

Potatoes can be steak cut and fried or cooked on a grill. Each could be boiled on a stove top or in a microwave.

Potato salad (brought in a container) can be placed in a serving dish and garnished with parsley or paprika, with or without being your signature ingredients

Potatoes make the fish go further. A condiment for both fish and potatoes can be as simple as vinegar.

There are other tubers that can stand alone or go with a main dish. The world lives off tubers and we do not talk about them. A Tuber and Ramen both cost about the same. Each can be covered in Italian dressing. Only one is nutrient dense.

A Tuber can be served as a side with or without fish. Tubers can store energy. Nations have survived on a Tuber and a Grain: Sweet Potato and Rice. It may be a side to a vegetable with the Third Course.

Rice Wheat Maize and Potato, the last is the 4th largest food group grown on the planet.
