Sole or sturgeon could be served as a cocktail food. Tilapia can be cut into nuggets or strips for a really frugal fish. You may serve fish as a whole fillet. Each can be grilled or fried in under four minutes per side, or baked in under twenty, (my personal “cooking” limit.

In the wild canned tuna is portable and portion controlled. And on sale Albacore tuna can be had for less than one dollar a can. Beware some chunk can just be junk. Omega- 3s “fatty acids in fish prevent arterial plaque from forming.” You may be too young to worry about that but it also can help to make your metabolism more efficient, slow digestion, and prevent cravings, and keep you from getting fat.
