Uniform Policy Personal Appearance & Dress
You are to be groomed and dressed in accordance with accepted social and business standards. Grooming includes care of smells, hair, face, and ears: piercings and tattoos, a smile, teeth, hands and nails, Ref: Male Personal Grooming, Harold Almon. Grooming can be done primarily to conform to any uniform requirement. Your adherence to an established dress code can be a condition of employment. A Company uniform can be issued to each person on a no cost basis. Money may be provided as a clothing allowance for items that are required. An employee could be required to purchase clothing required for a company uniform. Uniform items are to be cleaned/and or replaced on the same basis as originally issued. Lost damaged or destroyed items are to be replaced at the expense of the person that provided them, (before the end of that workweek.) All issued/provided uniform items are to be returned to the sponsor/ organization upon termination of employment, voluntary or otherwise. The cost of items not returned on the last day of employment is to be deducted from any final paycheck. Uniform inventory items can be as follows: hats, shirts: company shirts are to be worn/ are the preferred business shirt, pants, belts, safety belt, a jacket, shoes, and equipment to include cards, and writing instruments. Personnel are to be required to read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions stated in any employee uniform policy. A signed and dated copy of receipt of each policy is to be obtained by each supervisor, and given to each employee. Dress well. Stay. I have read, understand, and agree to all the terms and conditions stated in the above uniform policy. A copy has been provided me for my personal records.

An upgrade of one element and the addition of one accessory can mark a man as well dressed. Dress is the air in which men rise. Your selection will help determine in which space. The trick is to rise and to make believe, "that it really just does not matter." Wear the uniform of the day. Soft cloth could be the order of the night.
